| Internet explorer not showing blue bar in windows xp I have a client who's blue bar at the top of his IE window (where the minimize, maximize and close reside) and the menu bar (File, Edit etc) are not showing.
Any ideas what could be causing this? A virus? Spy ware?
I believe he runs Adaware on his PC... |

| Re: Internet explorer not showing blue bar in windows xp IE7 by default does not show the Menu Bar, Links or anything at the top. Tell them to right click and check the Menu options that they want.

| Re: Internet explorer not showing blue bar in windows xp If you installed IE7 on a machine that was ously using IE6 and you have settings saved then it would jsut incorporate those settings on IE7 automatically. That is why some people dont have to do this.
