Default Installing new keyboard language manually

Hello,

For some reason, I need to manually install a keyboard language. I figured and got the required file named kbdca.dll (French Canadian keyboard layout) and this is supposed to go in the \windows\system32 directory.

That was done.

Now what!! I guess it has to be activated somewhere in the registry but I didnt found how to do it yet, after searching here and there.

Thing is, my french keyboard still aint working...

Any help?

Thanks
