As i stated there installing OS X onto a PC is illegal. OS X does not install natively on a PC without having some main files patched to work correctly.
Plus OS X is not for sale outright so to get a copy you have to go thru 3rd parties such as eBay.
It can be done. But it is very difficult to accomplish.
