Question Increasing/decreasing the size of partitions

My hdd on a Windows server 2000 is partitioned in three...... C: for program files ....... D: for back up and E: for user profiles........

E: is basically full and D: has a lot of unused space. I want to increase the size of E: by 10 gb and reduce D: by same.......... without having to purchase Acronis® Disk Director Server 10.0 ......Is there any tool available on Windows 2000 server to do this

It doesn't run in Windows but you can use GParted.

I like Paragon Partition Manager. I have used it for several years now, and it has never failed me. User friendly GUI, easy to control, fast.
