it looks like you have to boot from it to back up. that's weird. I need something simpler even if I got to pay for it

Maybe Acronis? I havent done a image of Vista myself so i dont really know what people are using to do such a thing.

I've been messing with facebook so I've been getting viruses. I used to didn't messed with it, but I seen people on there that i haven't seen in 20 years

That should be installed by default. It is located on the start menu and in the upper right corner of the Explorer window.
Do you mean the one that is present on the taskbar?

Not a problem. Used Vista for a couple years and now using Win7. Yes the final. So i know a few of the minor quirks that have been changed.

ok. 35 gigs isn't enough for vista. I got a 500 gig drive for my azureus folder and a 1000 gig for my documents and an 80 gig for my mce and vista. I just bought 4 more gig of ram too. i have another 80 gig and 120 gig laying around. i will put mce on it on one keep vista on this drive. don't vista have an option where i can delete the mce part and swap file and extend my current vista setup on that drive without losing anything?
Also won't I have install mce on the other drive before I add my 4 more gigs of ram? i need 32bit for simple stuff like scanning pictures. Can I use vmware to do that in a 64 bit environment?

I need help on a virtual machine. I need 32 to use my scanner because it don't work with 64 bit. I used vmware, install xp on it, turn it off and now it can't find the xp partition
any other good one out there?
why is vista drag and drop on crack? I try to drag a folder or song of music to my ipod and half of the time it starts adding folder and files that the mouse went over with it
