Default I need help deleting these files! big problem

hello i have problem, a person i know who knows a lot about computers is coming in soon to try recover a deleted file. but that means he'll see the filenames of a lot of other deleted files. how do i selectively delete deleted files?

im assuming porn. because what else would you have to hide in a file name but any ways thats besides the point have you deleted the files yet? if not dont and download tune up utilities it comes with a bunch of other stuff but there is a thing called undelete that will delete it so it is unrecoverable.

No i went and installed that and you were wrong, the tune up undelete program can only restore deleted files, it cannot wipe them. i asked how to deleted deleted files, not simply files.

please read question, i specifically said how do i selectively delete deleted files, not everything on my computer.

u could go back to a system restore point before u looked at porn but that also get rid of anything you've done recently

but its better than getting caught with porn
