I have searched the archive for topics about gif's and free gif makers. All of the posts I saw where fairly out of date...

does anybody know of a good, easy and free gif maker program?

I dont know about Premier. But, I know Photoshop does it. For a free one, do a search on download.com, you might be able to find something there.
