I am looking for a software program for my company's fax server. We are using the basic microsoft fax server software that came with it, it is just too basic, no options to play with. I have found GFI Fax software which is supposed to be the best program out there, but to me it seems like it just does the ssame as the basic microsoft program with the only difference of having the fax file name change to the date.

I am looking for maybe a fax software that has the capability of scanning the fax document for key words, subject, to field and then forward the fax to an email based on document content. I have to do this because we only have 1 fax line and would like to have the capability of having multiple users recieve faxes to their email.


If anyone has an idea of what they have used or would reccommend that would help me out a lot.
