I want to be a hacker. Hacker and cracker are different. I don't want to do anything illegal. I read the Warning post and I just wanted to know if I am allowed to get info on how to change the registry. I just wanna tweak my XP a little. But if it is now allowed to be discussed than i want to know so i dont get banned.

ALSO, if it is against the rules to talk about Resource Hacker than i would like to know. Thanks
