How do I burn this **** iso file, using NERO, so I can play it in a DVD player? this is driving me nuts.

If you know of a better prog. for making DVD's that one could use in their home DVD player please do tell.

It's been a while since I used Nero, but I believe I used IMGTool Burn, that's kind of like an addon for Nero 7.

Download ImgTool Burn 1.2.1 - ImgTool Burn uses the Nero API to burn DVD root directories directly to DVD - Softpedia

Try that out.

This is a computer forum right? Why don't we just tell everyone here to google there problems? Probably because if we did there would be no need for a forum right?

Easy there buddy...Mak's been under stress for a little while here, so he's had a short fuse lately.

Open up Nero StartSmart > go to the Backup section > scroll over until you see Burn Image to Disc > locate your ISO file > continue as normal.

Either that, or download ImgBurn and burn that way.

Right. I dont know how ot do it. Hmm how about Open Nero Burning Rom and burn the ISO? Or right click on the ISO and select Open with Nero?

Do not assume to know what i do know and what i dont know. Cause i know that Nero DOESNT have to be used to burn a ISO. There is Alcohol 120%, ImgBurn, CDBurnerXP, MagicISO, ISOBUster, PowerISO along with several other apps that are free or paid that can do it much easier than Nero. You right. I must not know. I only created a whole thread about this.

I said Google cause this answer is asked so much. Also a SEARCH of our fourms would have provided the answer instead of asking it again. Not to mention in the WRONG area. How to burn a ISO is NOT hardware related.

So next time please try to remember to post in the right forum and to use search. I know more than enough on my end to know not to use Nero and to use Freeware like ImgBurn or CDBurnerXP to burn a ISO with ease rather than use bloated software like Nero.

Now that wasn't too hard now was it Einstein? With the exception of the last half of the post we made some progress. You did much better this time.

This program is excellent (nero uses that retarded .nrg format last time i tried it, and its confusing trying to figure it out)

This is a very easy to use program, just right click the CD or DVD, and click "create image" from the drop down menu!! doesnt get any easier than that


same thing with an ISO, or any CD image, right click, and click "copy image to disk"


=) thank me later, it works perfectly every time for me, (somtimes nero and roxio fail to record ISOs,) , Iso recorder has never failed.
