Default how to tell what service pack i have/

how can i tell if i have service pack 2 or service pack 3? If I have service pack 3, how do i revert back to service pack 2?

Click on my computer, then go to system tasks menu on the left, then click on view system information. It should tell you in the list it brings up what service pack you have.

Have you installed service pack 3 yet? If you need to revert back to service pack 2 you will probably have to reinstall with your original disk that contains service pack 2.

Start>run>winver

That will tell you all the information about your PC.

right click on My Computer>Preferences.

Eric also has a solution that will work.
