I once saw Device Setup Wizard on first time when I put my removable drive into my computer but I could not find how to make it open.



How to open this program to custom setup sync again ?

..Any chance you had Windows Media Player open when this message appeared?

It's a WMP Device Sync message, only for synchronizing media files and playlists to and from removable media...hence Customize the playlists that will be synchronized checkbox.
