Default how to recover overwritten file??

Hi, I know that when you delete a file, even from the recycle bin, it is possible to recover it with some software.
But recently, I was moving some files through some other folder, and some file had the same names as another, but I thought it was the same file already there, so I said 'yes' to overwrite.
This also happened with a folder, where I was moving folders and they had the same name, so it completely overwrote the folder.
Now, a couple days later, I just found out that they were not the same file/folder, and that I should not overwritten them...
Is there any way I can recover those overwritten files or folder??

Default

No, if they were overwritten it's close to impossible, if they were deleted than that's another story and can be recover but as soon as possible.
