Try Easy Data Recovery. Search google for it.

Hi,

Among data recovery utilities the best ones are IMHO Active@ undelete and Uneraser (DOS). Theese tools never failed me before in restoration, so I think they are really reliable and powerful.

Also: Get Data Back: Awesome: not only does it recover files but puts them back into their original folders! (barring excessive sector overwiriting) and, no, system restore simply restores the previous registry. If files have been deleted they are, obviously, not stored in the registry! go here: http://www.runtime.org/

Is there anything I should do about this message? Or if I see this message after using a couple of the programs, would that mean none of them programs out there can recover it properly, or are some more effective than others?
You can try Stellar Phoenix FAT & NTFS - data recovery software. I am not sure that it is going to work in your case. But it had really worked when I lost 80gb of data due to hard drive inaccessible. You won't believe I was able to recover 99% of my data using this utility. At least you can try at the demo version http://www.stellarinfo.com/partition-recovery.htm. It may help you.

Hope for the best and do the rest.
Best of luck

i have done the same thing before, however i did it to a whole hard drive.

i used a program called "easyrecovery" you can select what type of format your hard drive has and what type of files you want to recover and where to recover them too.

Not 100% sure where you get it from though as my boyfriend gave it to me and i do not think it is 100% legit copy.
