Default How to get to denied files?!

So basically Windows took a **** on me, on my main HD. So I installed it on my second HD and was just going to copy my files over. Well turns out that since I password protected my stuff...I can't.

So does anyone know how to get to files that it says are not accessible and "access is denied" ???

thanks

Use a bootable Linux CD (Knoppix, Mepis, etc.). You'll then be able to access any files in a Windows partition. It's quick and easy.
