I just put mine on and thought" hmm i wonder how it knows", does it just download the weather from a site online and then update itself accordingly or what? i mean obviously it wouldnt work if your not connected to the net would it?
No it wouldnt work if it wasnt connected to the net. It connects to a site. Most of the time it is weather.com that it connects to. Some other gadets are specific to AccuWeather or Weather Channel but the Vista one is weather.com.
