how do you turn .bin and .cue file in image files on cd? I know some cd-r recording software does it but which i don't know

In Nero you goto Recorder > Burn Image,
then open the .cue file thats in the same directory as the .bin


The .cue file is just a text file that has the full name of the .bin or .iso inside it,
