Default How do you associate a ISO image in Vista?

After I rip a DVD in Vista the image shows as a WinRAR image. So basically it's had to tell if the file I am looking at is a compressed file or an actual ISO image. How can I get it to look like any iso image and where can I find this something like this?

start menu => default programs(above shut down/sleep) => associate a file type or protocol with a program
