Default how do i update my oem windows xp pro?

I have Windows xp pro sp2 oem, and i need to know what program to use to slipstream the updates. It came w/ sp2, but there has been like 50 bagillion updates since then, and i cant download them.

why can't you download them? - If you can't then you're going to have trouble slipstreaming them (i.e. you wont have them to slipstream ).
