Default How to delete an "undeletable" file

Hello,

If I have a file to delete but everytime it says "do not have permission" or "file is in use" (but it is not), how can I delete?

I already went to properties and changed permissions so that it is not read only.

Thanks!

try eraser:

also as talldude said safemode should work fine too. Although i find eraser although slow can delete many files that are stubborn.

try this, verty good program its primary use it to stop windows from blocking the file if its in use or something but this will force delete. it also has a shell extention option which is neat.

BTW if its a video, its prob the windows preview bug

unblocker - http://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/#download
