Default How to change Start Up programs?

I have certain programs that start up whenever I reboot my computer that I dont want to startup. Where do I go to change this?

I am running Windows ME.

Go to startmenu

Go to RUN

type in MSCONFIG

Click on the "Startup" tab, and choose which programs to start up

Click on the "Services" tab

Click "Hide all microsoft services"

Choose which programs you want to stay..
