hiren's boot cd?

A tech tool called hiren's boot cd (think the name is right)! anyone used it or heard of it?
If so, any idea where i can get it?

that link is just for a keyboard patch, not the actual cd is'nt it?

the 'Download Keyboard Patch for BootCD 6.0 Only' link is for the keyboard patch only and the 'Download Now!!' link's url is Hiren.BootCD.6.0.Incl.KeyBoard.Patch-www.9down.com.rar which looks like the CD and the patch...otherwise try the HomePage link if that doesnt work.

i got that it's an all in one DOS boot disk... ?
what's it for? why not just use a win9x boot disk... or is this win/mac/linux? what does this cd have that's so special.
