i run windows on one partition and store files on another. i want to make it so that when ever i stream a video, it downloads the temp files to the stored file partition. also, when i try to install a program that doesnt allow the option of where to install, how do i change it to the desired partition? thanks

What internet browser are you using?

On Mozilla Firefox, just go to Tools -> Options, and select where you want the downloads to go. There is also a settings to clear all downloaded temp data at exit.
