I have Windows Vista Home Premium and I do not see any option to create any recovery discs and I did not receive any recovery discs. I cannot access a lot of websites now and anything that involves either java or popups or button clicks most do not work and my antivirus has been erased and I am not able to erase anything. I tried doing a System Retore thru windows to a point(s) and none of them worked. Please help me. Is there anyway to be able to restore back to factory settings? I own an MDG computer which is thru HP. Thanks for your help.
