Default HELP!! Computer is shutting down

Everytime I log on to the internet and sign in to MSN (which is not completed) I recieve a System Shutdown
Error with the path C:\windowsNT\system32\lsass.exe ... will be terminated unexpectedly ... status code 1073741819 the system will shutdown. How do I correct this problem.

XP Home Edition
Celeron Processor 800mhz
128 RAM

This is for Win 2000 but since 2000 and XP are both NT based this may help.

That sounds like that Winblaster worm thing that happened a couple months ago...

Does it give u a count down till the restart of the cpu?

Yeah, that's probably the Blaster Worm...I had that once....
