I have 2 questions to ask you all especially you warez monster if your lookin at this.

1.When I get my new cpu and power supply from ups tomorrow morning and build the pc, if I take my XP pro sp2 disc and do a repair function on my xp installation, will xp readjust to the new mobo, cpu and ram ? it will be the same as my p3 system layout -ram amount wise- with other components ?

2.I just downloaded XP pro 64 bit last friday can the 64 bit use the 32 bit applications or will it not work out so well ? what new stuff will I be introduced to ? and will it take a toll on my system without the sufficient ram needed ?

1. Once you do a windows repair, the files will be reloaded and you will have to go through the process of entering info and letting the windows install the hardware.

2. A 64-bit os will run 32-bit programs. There isn't really anything new. The 64-bit OS doesn't require a minimal ram, unless its Vista, otherwise there isn't any "toll".
