yes, I scanned for viruses. So I'll change the value data from 91 to 0. Here goes.

I did that--so what now? Do I reboot or am I supposed to see a change/

what's the next step? I did everything everybody said. Also went to get another external drive to backup to, and am working off of another one. I am guessing maybe the drive itself is bad? Does anybody have time to help me out here?
