Anyone know of a good free app that can be downloaded on the internet that will provide remote access, like remote assistance in XP?
The problem is my friends PC wo't let me connect with remote assistance, I don't know why, I think the system needs to be rebuilt, he can connect to me but I can't connect to him so I am looking for an alternate app we can try.
