Which version of Norton Ghost can make a Ghosting of Vista? Or is there an other software that is better to do it?

Ghost 14, the only one that is Vista compatible.

CloneZilla, FOG and Acronis True Image are others that can do it as well.

Ghost Version 14. However I would just hold off on making a puchase as I am sure that Symantec should be releasing a new version that will cover Windows 7.

Warning :- Ghost 14 will not back up your files in they are on hard drive that are connected to a RAID Card. Ghost just does not detect the drive.
