generic host process for win32

generic host process for win32 services has encountered a problem
this message is currently the bane of my existance.

this messages will pop up and after a lil bit (****ing clicking it off XD) it will crash my network connection and my internet connection.

ive tried reinstalling my modem drivers and my ethernet drivers but to no avail

would anyone be able to tell me how this problem occurs and how it is fixed?

if you require any more information (like the error report) just ask

P.S. :just a note for the error report...i have no clue how to retreive it so if anyone wants to take a look at it tell me how to get it XD
