[Silent_Fear]

When I start up the UT2004 Game Demo, it works fine for a while, but then it repeadiatly kicks me out & back to the desktop. This started happening after I reinstalled XP. So I went ahead and reinstalled XP again and it still does it. The thing is, it doesn't happen in any other game. Any ideas on how to stop it?

what kind of vid card and sound card? dx version? also, how do you have the configs for UT2k4 set? cache char models disabled? r u using hardware config for sound? need some details on drivers and how you have UT2k4 setup because its picky sometimes.

Thanks for the reply. The sound is fine, but I use the SigmaTel C-Major audio driver and I have an ATI Mobility Radeon 7500C. I am using whatever Direct X version came in Call Of Duty, I believe it was 9. All the settings for UT2K4 are at the defaults, and it ran fine at these before.
