Dont think you will find that. Those application are very complex and not many, if any, are offered for free.

I will do a search as i think another forum of mine had someone ask this before. I will double check for you.

Okay after searching i found this:

Sketchup which Hugo van Dijk submitted at ProNetworks.

Blender3D was also mentioned by Jess on ProNet.

Those might be of some use to you. Check them out.
