I have seen many a people post their frame rates in various games. I am wondering what I would have to do to find out what frame rates I am getting in the games I play. Is it something in the console? Or do I need software to do this?

some games have a build-in function to display framerates, u need to type fps 1 in the battlefield console for example. U can also do a google for free fps tools.

u can simply use fraps. google it. easy to use, just run it, and ur game, and it shows fps in the corner u choose
