The problem is the font not list in Fonts folder, or maybe it's hidden, or it not exist in Fonts folder. But when I try to install this font, is popup message box said that the font is already install on my system. So it make no change, even I reboot my machine...
So what else can be more helpful... pls advice!
Thanks a lot!

No, I didn't see any signs of it, neither in the control panel! It seem it's maybe hidden or something!

Maybe we're missing something. How about some more details?

What font is it? What program(s) are you seeing it appear in? Is it a TrueType Font?

Did you run a system wide search for this font? Be sure to check "search hidden files and folders".

OK,
I'll answer all questions in order:
Firstly, the font's name is .vnArial NarrowH (True Type), the file name is VHARIALN.TTF, of course it's true type font. And I use it in MS Word 2000.
Secondly, I'm not remember if I search hidden files and folders but I've searched many times and carefully.
And last, I didn't see it appear in MS Word.
Need some more details?
Thanks for helping!
