I have been Using Mozilla Firefoz 1.5 for quite sometime.

Untill recently all the plugins and the extensions I used to download used to work very fine.

But now when I try to download the new pluggins and extensions, it would simply not download!!!

I tried changing the settings by going to

"Tools>Extensions> get new updates"

After linking to the mozilla addons web site,Try clicking on the installer, but it would not download.
So i RIght clicked "Save Link as" and downloaded the pluggin. Following it, I try to install the pluggin, but it does not work.

I also tried by

"Tools>Options> Contents> Warn me if when websites try and install new themes"

Both of the above said ways did not work for me.

I re-installed Firefox and tried but it was futile.

Could someone kindly revert back to me as to what could the problem be?

I already did that..

i really want to work with firefoz as these new pluggins and extensions worth it...

try them out urself...
