Failed to make another account in Vista

Alrighty, freind has Widnows Vista Home Premium, and he went to make another account for someone else on his computer. He made it, and set it a password, made it admin, but something hapend...
When he went to the loginscreen, it was not there. He wen't back to his account, and now everytime UAC pops up, it asks for the password to that other account. When he types it in, it says the account does not exist.
And you know, everything uses UAC on Vista...

How can we fix this? I'm stuped, really, I've never had any problems out of Vista...

Is there anyway to fix this without reinstalling?

Does anyone know anything? I kinda need some answers quickly..

Okay first. Do not triple post. There is a edit button. Please use it.

2nd the accoutn created became the new Admin account and is most likely hidden. To find your answer yo uhave to unhide the hidden Admin account.
