britishgov Newb Techie Join Date: Jan 2005 Posts: 1	.exe programs not working on my second computer i have win 98 and when i try and open .exe programs it just comes up with a dos box for about half a second but ive foudn out that it says a file called msupdate is not prsent and needed i know this shouldnt be on the computer or needed so can anyone help? thanks
