Default Error 1719 Windows Installer

im trying to install quicken 2007 on my laptop with windows xp every time i try to install it eventually it comes up with error 1719 windows installer cannot be accessed ive followed every method here Error message when you try to add or remove a program on a computer that is running Windows XP or Windows Server 2003: "The Windows Installer service could not be accessed" and still no luck.

anyone have any other ideas?

Try this....

Problem with Error 1719 Code ?

Don't Worry - i'm here to help you fix it!

Error 1719 Codes are caused in one way or another by misconfigured system files.

So, If you got error 1719 then there is a 94% chance that your computer has registry problems.

To Fix the problem you need to follow the steps below:

Step 1 - download and install RegCure Registry Scan for FREE.

Step 2 - Click the Scan Button.

Step 3 - then click the Fix Button and your done!

Could just try to repair the Windows installer.

Then there is also this tool that can help clear up your registry.
