Default Email loading very very slowly

It actually boots ok, its just when i try to open any folder, file, email, attachment, etc. it takes almost 3 or more minutes to perform the task. Is there any way i can fix this problem? I had the problem before and after I got rid of Firefox, it worked perfectly for about 2 days, and now its back on its old habit. Even though Im still only using IE. I have Vista Home Premium and Windows Mail. Is there any setting I can change, or any setting I should look at for this to start working again? Or anything else?

Thanks in advance.

After the virus scan, my email is working fine again. But heres a HiJack This log anyhow, just for any other possible problems. Also, are there any settings I should set on my email for best performance by it?

Thank you, I've fixed those, any idea on what exactly that will help?

EDIT: I guess I lied, the email is still not working correctly. It did once, but now its off to **** again.
