i have windows xp and use outlook express. i was wondering if i can block all e-mails except those only in my address book,if i can how?

There is an option ..in Outlook ...i'm not too sure 'bout OE though

Outlook Express does have that option available.

However there are not as many as in full version of Outlook... Hence the name Outlook EXPRESS

I've tried Message Rules in OE but could never get it to work as far as Spam Goes.

Spam always find a way through doesn't it...

You can try a spam blocker but you have to pay for those most of the time...

and they dont always works...

I was getting so much spam it was Unreal!!! 50+ Messages a day & that's on 3 different PCs on my Network. My ISP is Cox Cable & they sent me an E-Mail asking if I wanted to enable their Spam Filter & I haven't received ANY Spam since!!! YAHOO!!!
