I bought a movie from cine clex and was given 3 license. My computer crashed and I had to do a destructive recovery. I have wmp 10 now and cine clex let me download the movie again and gave me new license. When I activate the license, it say all is ok. When I try to play the movie it says I need to activate the license. Any ideas? before my crash there was no problem?

clex gave me some ideas. they have been great. none of them worked. I looked at microsoft but none of them match my error. I download the lisence and it says it worked. I click on the movie and it tries to look for the license. It comes back and says I need to get the license. I have upgraded the security stuff and redownloaded version 10. Should I go back and try version 9.

u could try vlc media player i have a lot of good luck with it sometimes i find wmp to be a bit picky for some reason or another........

I tried it but no picture would show. It was all a bunch of squiggly color.

alway backup your license. you can restore them with wmp 9 and 10
