I was quite satisfied with my copy of this software and it worked well for me until I replaced my hard drive.

Having just replaced my 2Gb drive with an 81Gb drive, Drive Image runs ok within Windows. But when I go to do a backup, and it rebots the computer, I get a (DOS) message saying that there is an extended memory manager already in place and then the program hangs.

Why should this be and how can I fix it?

have u tried re-installing DI2002?

Yes, I have uninstalled it, installed it and tried to backup. The problem still occurs.

Having just treid the whole process again, when DI 2002 reboots the computer in DOS I see:

Msg 11: Loading Floppy image
Msg 12: Floppy image loaded
Starting Me emergency boot disc

Windows XMS Driver version 3.95
Extended Memory System (XMS) Version 3.0
Copyright 1988-1999

Error extended Memeory Manager is already installed
XMS Driver not installed



The system then hangs - Does any of this make sense?
