Default Does windows xp home have a drive manager?

Does windows xp home have a drive manager? I can't seem to find it.

yes...start/properties/system managenment
don't know exactly cause my XP isn't English

that or start, programs, administrator(or administrative tools), then disk manager. If you dont have a listing for administrator I think you can do that in add/remove programs. or goto start, run and type MMC and add the snap in.
