Does someone know how to unlock vista's content on the DVD disc ?
I have a quick question is there a way to unhide the drivers folder on the Vista DVD disc ?
Apparently I need a driver off of the disc where only my vixs pure tv tuner card will be recognized in xp pro, I tried the ones from gateway.com but those have malware and worms inside the zip file.
By the way, Mak if you are reading this I have to stay away from vista for a short time until D-LINK figures out why my wireless adapter keeps loosing the internet on vista and while xp pro doesn't. -_-

Have you unhid Hidden files and folders and Protected OS files in the Folder Options?

give us the name of the vista tuner card that and maybe we can find a xp work around. look of the actual card to see what kind it is or at least give us the chipset info.
