Does anyone know how to set up windows udate to update automatically?

Can anyone figure out how to setup windows update to update automatically? I know it lets you set it up after the first update, but how do you get back to it once you've changed it?

Right click on "My Computer" and select properties...you will see a tab that says automatic updates...there you can configure it.
