| I just did a new build, I was using an AMD dual core now I have an E6750. I'm running XP Pro SP2 and fully patched in Windows. Do I need to download anything for the CPU dual core? I know I did for AMD, not sure about Intel :/ |

| Monster Techie | I didn't notice any performance bumps after installing the AMD one on my Opteron 165 heavily OC'd in a bunch of games, so in all honesty, I'd say that your not missing out on much with your Conroe. In addition, many newer games have built-in features which take advantage of multi-core CPUs. |
