my computer has an error loading a file. C:\WINDOWS/System32\spool\Drivers\w32x86\3\DLBTtime.dll
Was wondering how i can replace this file.

I am pretty sure you dont wish to replace a virus on your PC. Info on that here:

But accordign to some other sites it is also a legit Windows file.

You can try to replace it with the download available on that page. But i would check for viruses as well.
