 |  DLBTtime.dll my computer has an error loading a file. C:\WINDOWS/System32\spool\Drivers\w32x86\3\DLBTtime.dll Was wondering how i can replace this file.

Info on that here: DLBTtime.dll Windows process - What is it? But accordign to some other sites it is also a legit Windows file. DLBTTIME.DLL Process from found in c:\windows\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86\3\dlbttim e.dll You can try to replace it with the download available on that page. But i would check for viruses as well.
