Does anyone know how to disable start up programs only for certain users? My Mom and my sister have their own user accounts and complain about the start-up programs.

I believe you can just do Run: "msconfig" and there will be a start-up tab. I believe this is for only the certain user.

What programs are in their startup folder? Each user has one and you can remove programs from it. Using msconfig will work too, but I'm not sure if it is global or not.
