Default Disable Language bar on startup?

Well, I was wondering how I could disable the Language Bar on the task bar from automatically coming up every time I start my computer. I kinda glanced around in msconfig, but couldn't find anything. Probably a registry entry that needs to be edited/added? I just find it a nuisense, and end up un-checking it right away at start-up to gimme more room on my taskbar xD. So, anybody know how to do this? Thanks for the help =).

Oh, and if you need my specs, they're in my sig. Running on XP Home, btw.

I usually just open the thing and uncheck the box that says show the language bar and it goes away and never comes back.

Ahh... I think I know what you mean... I've just been right clicking on th etoolbar > toolbars > uncheck Language Bar. But now I unchecked some boxes in th eSettings...so maybe that fixed it.

Just before you posted that, Warez, I went into the settings and turned it off xD. Thanks for the help though guys =). Was getting kinda annoying, doing it the wrong way all this time (right-clicking on toolbar > toolbars > unchecked "Language Bar") xD.
